- Analyze, plan, and control all stages of a project: design, materials, budget, and environmental impacts.
- Design and manage the construction of roads, bridges, buildings, dams, aqueducts, and sewer systems.
- Develop and supervise work in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and prepare reports.
